This is just a menu post because I didn't have time to post yesterday, but I followed it to a tee! :-)
Breakfast: Soy Sausage and 2 tsp sugarfree syrup
Snack: 1oz cheese
Lunch: Salmon Salad
Snack: None - wasnt hungry
Dinner: Chicken/ranch salad
Snack: FF, SF Jello
